To begin the returns process please email info@beaudurof.com quoting your order number and full name. We will send your return shipping label and arrange to collect your return from an address of your choice at time of your convenience.
For all orders outside of the UK the cost of the return shipment and the original delivery cost will be deducted from the refunded amount. Although duty and taxes are included in the price of all product delivered by BEAUDUROF globally, in the event of a return any duty and taxes incurred will not be refunded.
In the event of a manufacturing fault, we will repair or replace the product at our cost.
